Contributor’s Notes (Volume II, Issue 1)


Clair Baiz is a Montana gal with a hankering for big city eats, book-learned neighbors, and the noisy comfort of New York City anonymity. A graduate of the Crime Fiction Academy, Baiz has been published in the Jewish Magazine, Molotov Cocktail, and Untitled Magazine. She won a First Sentence Competition at this year’s Thrillerfest.

John Dennehy work has appeared or is forthcoming from SQ Mag, Disturbed Digest, Sanitarium Magazine #10 and #23, Voluted Dreams Magazine, The Stray Branch, Calliope, Beyond Science Fiction, MicroHorror, and Shotgun Honey, as well as anthologies such as Winter Shivers (Inkstained Succubus Press), SNAFU: Wolves at the Door (Cohesion Press), Bones III (James Ward Kirk Publishing), The Haunted Traveler Vols. 1 and 2 (Weasel Press), and Ghost Papers (Emby Press). John has a Steampunk novella under review with a publisher, and a horror novel being finalized.

Tarquin Ford lives with his wife and younger daughter in suburban Atlanta. He recently added “cancer survivor” to his CV and decided to devote more time to writing. His hobby is Latin epigraphy, the result of a youth misspent with ancient texts.

Marc Humphrey is a nuclear weapons inspector by day and aspiring science fiction writer by night. He’s also a writer of popular science nonfiction, and has recently published Idiot’s Guides: Quantum Physics and Idiot’s Guides: Physics. He lives in Vienna with his wife and two young children.

James Wade is a journalist living in Austin, Texas. He writes short-fiction to entertain his wife, and his dogs. His wife is encouraging. The dogs are not impressed.
